Young females who gain the favour of older men in the workplace can gain rapid promotion..............they can in some cases end up marrying someone old enough to be their grandfather...............no problem its all legal..........but is it moral for a 60 something to be with someone 40 years his junior ?

It must be time to start putting money to where its needed, fancy facilities and wedding venues are no good if dogs keep getting injured, come on mr allen sort this problem out, don't keep putting the blame on your puppet john gilburn, its you pulling the puppets strings, we know he only dances to your tune, its up to you to see we get investment where it is needed.
There will always be injuries but come on mr Allen lets see a bit of investment.

Anticipating that the track may be slow I am going for Magna Black in the 4.47 who should go off at a decent price and could pick the rest up from half way, I was struggling to pick anything from todays card.

A young female worker from the restaurant was leaning over picking up a race card in the stadium restaurant...it was an area used by wheel chair users....John Gilburn grabbed her arm to the point where it hurt her...the upset young lady instantly complained and said I am leaving...Gilburn protested that there were staff shortages...she did not care and was off...next day he was summoned  by Dave Allen who had got to hear about this...I don't yet know the outcome but wouldn't be surprised if its swept under the carpet.

Rumours way off the mark have been going around that it may have been a sexual assault...I have no gripe with John but have had to identify him as people were not sure which member of the management was involved and the word assault was being taken by some to be an assault of a different nature.
